Exeter pushes Yeck division final to game six

Petrolia’s Ryan Richardson had two power play goals in the third but it wasn’t enough as the Exeter Hawks pushed the Yeck Division final to game six
The visiting Hawks beat Petrolia 4-3 Sunday at the Greenwood Recreation Centre.
The Flyers were held off the scoreboard for the first two periods, but at 6:47, Richardson scored the Flyers’ first off the sticks of Noel Sanderson and Tobais Iantorno.
The, with about four minutes left to play in the third, Richardson struck again, this time with the help of Lucas Rogers and Andrew Jaques.
Petrolia had several good attempts in the dying minutes but weren’t able to get the equalizer before the Hawks scored on an empty net.
