Twelve more housing units being built in Alvinston

There will soon be more homes for seniors in Alvinston.
BOKO Developments, owned by Kevin and Lisa Tizzard, have been given the go-ahead to build another
12, one level units on Railroad Street.
The couple has developed their first 12-unit rental property on Railroad Street near Alvinston’s
downtown in 2021. They were rented almost as soon as they were built.
March 27, Brooke-Alvinston Council approved the site plan of a simliar development, this time on
Railroad Street west of Nauvoo Road.
Brooke-Alvinston Administrator Janet Denkers says the footings for the new buildings are already started.
