London teen dies while swimming off Ipperwash

An 18 year-old from London has died in a drowning accident in Ipperwash.
Lambton OPP, Anishinabek Police , Lambton paramedics, and Lambton Shores fire were called to Ipperwash for reports of two swimmers in distress in Lake Huron near East Parkway Drive Monday.
A 12 year-old from London was brought to shore by members of the public and taken to hospital as a precaution.
A second person was found unresponsive and transported to hospital. Despite life-saving efforts by first responders, an 18-year-old from London was pronounced deceased at hospital.
