Petrolia Flyers win in high scoring game with Dresden

September 8, 2025

The Petrolia Flyers scored three times with the man advantage and never trailed in a 7-6 win in preseason action on Friday in Dresden.

Cooper Arts led the Flyers with a hat trick and an assist. Ty Moffatt, Logan O’Leary-Dilosa, Isaac Truman and Casey Guerrette also scored for Petrolia which had period leads of 3-1 and 7-4 en route to the victory.

Noel Sanderson and Cam Davidson each had two assists for the winners.

Petrolia closes out its PJHL exhibition schedule with a game against Dorchester at the Watford arena on Sunday. Puck drop is 7:30.
