Flyers feel the Joy with win over Parkhill

Rhett Joy had his first career game-winning goal at 4:10 of overtime to give the Petrolia Flyers a 4-3 win over the North Middlesex Stars in Parkhill on Saturday.
Isaac Truman and Tobias Iantorno each had a goal and an assist for the winners who are now 3-3 on the PJHL season. Cam Davidson had the other goal for Petrolia.
Elijah Grant improved to 2-0 in the Flyer crease with 36 saves.
Petrolia has back-to-back home games later this week at Greenwood hosting Thamesford Thursday and entertaining North Middlesex Friday. Both games begin at 7:30 p.m.
