Lambton OPP look for driver who assaulted accident victim and a person who stopped to help

Lambton OPP are looking for a woman after two people, including one who was in a car accident, were assaulted in St. Clair Township.

On Dec.17, police were called to a single-vehicle collision on Kimball Road south of Bentpath Line around 6:15 am. The vehicle hit the ditch and the driver wasn’t injured.

A passerby stopped to help and then a second vehicle stopped. The driver assaulted both the Good Samaritan and the person in the the crash before leaving.

Police are looking for a Black woman with white braided hair wearing white glasses and a grey tracksuit.

Police are asking anyone with information, including dash-cam footage from the area at the time of the incident, to contact the Lambton County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
