Tip on Christmas Day leads to impaired driving charge

A tip from concerned citizen on Christmas Day has led to an impaired driving charge.
Lambton OPP got a call about a possible impaired driver around 7 pm Christmas. Officers found the vehicle which the caller described on Highway 40 near Churchill Line. The officers pulled the vehicle over, arrested and charged a 24 year-old from Sarnia with impaired driving.
The driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days, the vehicle impounded and the driver will be in court Feb. 9 to answer to the charge.
