Border guards report impaired driver

A Sarnia man has been charged after an incident on the Bluewater Bridge.
Lambton OPP were called to the bridge Dec. 29 around 8:20 pm by Canada Border Services officers because of a possible impaired driver.
Police arrested a 36 year-old Sarnia man and charged him with impaired driving. The driver’s licence was also suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
The man will be in court Jan. 22 to answer to the charge.
