A third period assist in Erie was the 50th helper of Evan Van Gorp’s OHL career.

He is fifth in Knights scoring this season with eight goals and 30 points in 46 games.

The Watford native and his London teammates begin a stretch of seven games in less than two weeks when they host the Kitchener Rangers tonight (Feb. 4) at Canada Life Place.

The Knights are in fifth place in the Western Conference two points behind the Soo Greyhounds with 20 games to play in the regular season.

London entertains Niagara Friday.
