Crash on Minielly Rd leads to charges

Two people are facing charges after a crash in Plympton-Wyoming.
Lambton OPP were called to Minielly Road between Churchill and Confederation Line Feb. 16 just after 5 pm. They found three people running from the toward a nearby bush.
Police found the trio a short distance away and took all three into custody.
A 20-year-old from Brooke-Alvinston was charged with being intoxicated in a public place.
A 27-year-old of Brooke-Alvinston has been charged with resisting arrest, assaulting a peace officer, mischief by destroying or damaging property and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
The man was released from police custody and will be back in court April 1.
