Big crowds take in Petrolia’s Canada Day finale

Woman charged with uttering death threats

A Sarnia woman is facing multiple charges, including uttering death threats, after an incident in Corunna.
Lambton OPP were called to in Corunna March 28 for two people involved in “a disturbance.”
Police arrived on the scene and found no one was injured. However a 49-year-old woman was charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, assault with a weapon and unlawfully being in a dwelling house.
The woman was released from police custody and will be in court April 14.
Police are still seeking information about the incident and ask people to call 1-888-310-222-TIPS with any information.
