Mooretown pool, fitness centre won’t reopen in September
OPP officer assaulted in Enniskillen

One person has been arrested after a police officer was assaulted in Enniskillen.
Lambton OPP say shortly before 2 pm July 17, an officer were called to a home in the township, although police did not say exactly where.
The officer was assaulted, according to the OPP, and sustained minor injuries, although the police didn’t specify exactly what happened nor what the officer’s injuries were.
A 34-year-old of no fixed address was charged with assaulting a police officer and assaulting a peace officer causing bodily harm.
The person was released from police custody and will be in court Oct. 8.
