One person arrested on roof of Harbour Road business

A man is facing charges after the K9 unit tracked him to a roof of a business on Harbour Road.
Sarnia Police were called to the business on the waterfront around 1:30 pm July 30 after someone entered the building without authorization and was still inside.
The officers called out for the person to leave, but didn’t receive a response. Shadow was sent out to look for the intruder and found one man hiding on the roof of the building.
A 51-year-old man has been charged with break and enter and four counts of failing to comply with probation. He’s being held in custody for a bail hearing.

Plympton-Wyoming puts the brakes on increased development fees
