People in Plympton-Wyoming, Warwick, Brooke-Alvinston and Forest can resume normal water use.
Yesterday, the Lambton Area Water Supply System asked people to conserve water while workers repaired a major problem on London Line.
Clinton Harper, LAWSS general manager, said crews were working on a waterline on London Line near Mandaumin when there was a problem. He says the “planned decommissioning of a service connected directly to LAWSS transmission water main on London Road unexpectedly failed and caused us to have to bring that section of water main offline to complete repairs.”
Early this morning, LAWSS lifted the conservation notice saying the system had been restored and the storage in East Lambton was nearing 100 per cent.
