Elementary students in Lambton-Kent out of class Monday and Tuesday

St. Clair brine use on roads questioned

A St. Clair Township man is worried about the amount of brine going onto the roads. Owen Anthony brought pictures to St. Clair Township Council Jan. 6 which showed the liquid salt running into the storm sewers. Brine is used before bad weather to keep ice from forming on the roads.
