The LCCVI Jr. Girls have won the Lambton County championship.
The Lancers met the St. Patrick’s Fighting Irish at Lambton College Friday evening winning the best of five 25-21, 25-17, 25 – 27 and 25-21.
Marissa Mueller was named the player of the match with 15 service points and three kills. Coach Nancy Gould says she’s proud the team “played its own game” setting the tempo for much of the match. “It was a team effort, everyone stepped up tonight.”
