Lambton ‘in the driver’s seat’ as province eyes nuclear power in Courtright
Rescue up above
June 26, 2014
A contractor working on the roof of the Olde Poste Office roof twisted his foot and needed help from the firefighters to get off the scaffolding surrounding the building.
Firefighters from Petrolia, Wyoming and Alvinston responded to help with the high rescue. They considered lowering him from the roof but instead, when they determined the man’s injuries were not life threatening, took him though the building on a stretcher.
