You can play a little chicken this Canada Day.

There are chicken barbecue’s across the region bringing neighbours together to celebrate Canada’s birthday.

In Enniskillen, the chickens will be cooked by a crew at Krall Park throughout the day. The meal will be served up at the Enniskillen Township office on Rokeby Line.  For ticket information call the Township office.

The Dawn-Euphemia firefighters will have a fire hall full of friends eating their famous chicken Canada Day. There is always a line up at the popular event.

And in Brooke-Alvinston, the community centre will be filled with the smells of chicken as well for the municipality’s annual Canada Day tradition. Tickets may still be available at the municipal office.
