Oil Springs man wins communications award

An Oil Springs man has been honoured by International Association of Business Communicators.
Adam Veen was honoured by the London branch of the group for his academic performance at Western University and continued commitment to the community, including helping organize awards events for the organization and his work as a volunteer firefighter in Oil Springs at the Oil Springs Legion.
Veen, who currently is working at Sarnia Lambton Economic Partnership, will continue his work with the IABC becoming its student liaison for students in London. “I’ll be helping out other students,” he added.
