Brigden Public School principal Chad Brown got the inside scoop from Oil Springs Ollie Thursday morning and according to the furry meteorological expert there’s going to be another six weeks of winter. Peggy Jenkins of Heaven’s Wildlife Rescue in Oil Springs, where Ollie lives, gave the groundhog a ride to the school to make the annual announcement.
