It took Jacob Welsh a bit of time to figure out the long line of tractors and cars on Marthaville Road near Courtright Line Tuesday was for him. The Lambton Centennial student turned seven April 21 but there would be no birthday party with the pandemic. His family and school friends thought it would be nice to give him a parade filled with tractors – one of his favourite things – and cars bearing signs wishing him a Happy Birthday. Jacob had to hold onto his hat in the cold wind, but he seemed to enjoy the parade.
