More people test positive for COVID-19 at Sarnia nursing home

The number of people with COVID-19 at Vision Nursing Homes continues to rise.
Lambton Public Health says there were five new cases in the county – four of them were at the Sarnia home which declared a COVID-19 outbreak April 23.
Seventeen residents and 16 staff members now have tested positive for the virus. Four residents have died from it.
There are now 235 cases of COVID-19 in Lambton County. Seventy eight of those people can be linked to outbreaks in long term care homes.
