Perry and Hull sign for another season in Strathroy
June 30, 2020
For the third straight campaign, the Strathroy Rockets of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League will have a definite local flavour on its roster.
Former Petrolia Oilers Carson Perry and Blake Hull have re-signed with the Rockets.
Perry had 12 goals and 17 assists in 39 games last season. He added an assist in a five-game first round playoff loss to St. Marys.
Hull contributed two goals and 21 assists in 43 games from the blue line. He also had an assist in four postseason contests.
The Rockets finished sixth in the league’s Western Conference during the 2019-20 campaign with a record of 19-26-5 before losing to the Lincolns in the playoffs.
Both Perry and Hull played a handful of games each with the PJHL’s Petrolia Flyers during the 2017-18 season.
