October 27, 2020
An older man was taken to hospital after an unusual incident Tuesday on Plank Road.
A driver called Lambton OPP after finding a man lying on Plank Road near Waterworks. The man appeared to be the driver of the dump truck and got out of his vehicle and lay on the road. He seemed to be in medical distress.
The driver stopped and blocked the way to protect the man.
OPP and Lambton Emergency Services were called to the area and were able to help the man to a stretcher and bring him to hospital.
