Petrolia clerk robbed, assaulted Tuesday morning

A Petrolia man has been arrested after a clerk at the Circle K was assaulted after a theft.
Lambton OPP were called to the convenience store around 12 am Tuesday after a business reported a theft and an assault to an employee.
Police scanned the surveillance video recorded during the incident and identified the person on the video.
Logan Hanlon, 22, of Petrolia has been charged with assault, theft and was charged under the State of Emergency for breaking the Stay at Home order.
The man has been released and is scheduled to appear in court later.
