Public health looking for people who may have been exposed to Lambton’s third measles case

Lambton tops 1,800 COVID-19 cases

Lambton Public health is reporting 17 more COVID-19 cases Thursday, bringing the total number of people infected in the region to over 1,800 since March.
Thirteen hundred of those cases came in the last seven weeks.
Public health statistics also show 10 more recoveries and seven more people ill with COVID-19 Thursday. There are now 104 people actively ill.
The Sarnia Jail has been removed from outbreak status. Four guards had tested positive there.
Bluewater Health is reporting six staff have now tested positive for COVID-19 on the general medicine unit. Two patients are also connected to that outbreak.
