Lancers dominate at North Division Tennis playdown

October 13, 2021

LCCVI dominated winning the LKSSAA North Division Tennis Playdowns Tuesday.

The Girls Doubles teams and the Mixed Doubles teams captured the first and second spot in the division.

Tessa Jackson and Ella Jackson placed first in girls doubles while Madison Baresich and Karen VanDamme placed second.

In Mixed Doubles, Emma Patchett and Nolan Patchett won top price with Ali Goodacre and Ryan Noordam taking second.

Tristan Spuehler placed third in the Boys singles division to add to the LCCVI haul at the playdowns.

The Lancers came out on top with 32 points with Northern Collegiate placing second over all with 25.

OPP, Ontario Fire Marshal investigate Wyoming house fire
