Firefighters looks for driver of car found in lake at Ipperwash

Firefighters from the Lambton Shores Water Rescue spent several hours looking for the driver of a car found in Lake Huron on West Ipperwash Beach.

Members of the unit scoured the beach for hours Sunday after the car with the Alberta plates was found about 30 feet out in the water at West Ipperwash and West Parkway Roads. No one was found.

It is unclear who long the car had been in the lake.
