Lambton OPP find car stolen in Wallaceburg in St. Clair

Lambton OPP helped neighbouring police snag a car thief.

Last night, around 10 pm, the OPP were notified by Chatham-Kent Police Service of a break and enter in Wallaceburg. A set of keys was found in the home and a car was stolen.

OPP spotted the vehicle on Indian Creek Road in St. Clair Township. The driver fled but was taken into custody by officers.

The driver is now in Chatham-Kent Police custody.
