Petrolia man wins lotto second prize

A familiar face in Petrolia got lucky in the lottery.
Larry Garrett, who recently retired from the Town of Petrolia, won the second prize in the Dec. 4 Lotto 6/49. It was worth $207,248.90. Ontario Lottery and Gaming also notes he won $5 on another ticket bought at the same time.
Garrett picked up his winning ticket at the Circle K store in Petrolia.
