Weather advisory in effect for:
- Sarnia – Petrolia – Western Lambton County
- Watford – Pinery Park – Eastern Lambton County
Winter weather travel advisory in effect.
What:
Snow with total snowfall accumulations of 5 to 10 cm possible by this evening.
Reduced visibility at times due to heavy snow.
When:
Now through the evening.
Discussion:
Snow is expected to dissipate after midnight.
Motorists should expect hazardous winter driving conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic in urban areas.
