Mermaid Aleksandra Johnston of Windsor took time to show apprentice mermaid Ava how to splash her tail at the Mermaids and Mariners Festival at Brander Park in Port Lambton Saturday. Hundreds of people flocked to event that featured music, 60 vendors and plenty of activities for kids.
