New transitional housing opens at former SCITS

Lambton part of regional discrimination study
January 12, 2023
Lambton County officials want to learn more about discrimination in the region.
The Sarnia-Lambton Immigration Partnership is part of a research project being done by Western University in London about the discrimination experiences of immigrants.
Officials are looking for immigrants and BIPOC people in the community who are willing to share their stories of experiencing discrimination in the workplace, public spaces or by a local authority – like police or government – in the last three years.
They’ll be interviewed virtually for about an hour and a half.
To participate, you can contact Victoria Esses at vesses@uwo.ca.
