Black, Davies going to World X-Country championship

Locally produced athletes have been named to Team Canada for the World Athletics Cross-Country Championships later this month.
Northern grad Andrew Davies and North Lambton alumni Connor Black will both wear the maple leaf at the event in Australia on Feb. 18.
St. Christopher grad Hilary Stellingwerf (nee Edmondson) is one of the head coaches for Team Canada. She is currently the head coach at the University of Victoria.

One person hurt after pickup, transport collide on Petrolia Line

One person was injured after a two-vehicle accident on Petrolia Line. St. Clair Township firefighters and the OPP were called to the corner of Petrolia Line and Brigden Road just after 5 pm Wednesday when a pickup and tractor-trailer collided.
