Retirement, training deadlines leave Oil Springs without fire chief on July 1

Ganter to head up Central Lambton health team
February 24, 2023
There is a new leader at the Central Lambton Family Health Team.
Ralph Ganter is the medical group’s new executive director. He fills the void left when Sarah Milner resigned in January to take on a new role at Bluewater Health.
Ganter has been involved in health care planning regionally. CLFHT Board Chair Kelly Poore says Ganter is a “trusted leader in the local health care community and has a significant understanding of rural health care.”
Ganter says he’s had a “keen interest” in the family health team model and is looking forward to working with the Central Lambton team.
