Warwick Township inks $2.5M deal for municipal office
Veterans move Mooretown to victory

Brody Genyn and Logan Gardner each had a goal and two assists and goaltender John Chartrand stopped 39 of 40 sent his way in a 5-1 win by the Mooretown Flags over Amherstburg Saturday.
Blake Howard had a goal and an assist for the Flags with Tristen Konrad and Ryan Vidler adding the others. Levi Plain had two assists.
Mooretown is now five points back of Blenheim for fourth place in the league’s Stobbs Division with the Flags and Blades playing Wednesday at the Moore Sports Complex. in all likelihood, the Flags and Blades will face each other in the first round of the playoffs next month.

The Independent Sarnia firefighters helped a person who ended up in a garbage truck. Around 6 am Friday, firefighters responded to a report of a person trapped in a garbage truck.
