Enbridge helps with fire training
March 2, 2023
Enbridge Gas is helping the Petrolia/North Enniskillen Fire Department purchase firefighting training materials, through Safe Community Project Assist. It is a program with the Fire Marshal’s Public Fire Safety
Council supplementing existing training for Ontario volunteer and
composite fire departments in the communities where Enbridge Gas operates. Pictured accepting the $5,000 from Enbridge are Petrolia Councillor Chad Hyatt, Petrolia Mayor Brad Loosley, Fire Chief Jay Arns, Enniskillen Township Deputy Mayor Judy Krall and Enniskillen Mayor Kevin Marriott. Hyatt and Krall are members of the fire board. The donation is part of a $250,000 commitment by Enbridge for fire prevention.
