Five East Lambton Eagle teams fly into OMHA playoffs
March 24, 2023
Teams from East Lambton will be well represented at various upcoming OMHA Finals.
The Eagles’ U11 and U13 squads are going to Barrie beginning a week from today while the U18, U13 AE and U15 AE teams will play the following weekend. The two AE teams will play in Windsor and the U18 team will play in Barrie.
East Lambton minor hockey President Adam MacKellar says his association and others are promoting having the championship finals returned to host communities so more fans can watch their home teams play. But, he says having OMHA buy into to going back to the future has been challenging.
