JR. STING CONTINUE TO ROLL IN U16 CONSOLATION ROUND
The Lambton Jr. Sting are now 6-0 in the Alliance U16 AAA consolation round playoffs following a 3-1 win over Brantford .
Petrolia’s Isaac Truman scored twice for Lambton, including the game-winning goal late in the second period.
Sarnia’s Owen Knight scored the other Jr. Sting marker and added an assist.
Watford’s Blake Verberne registered the goaltending victory allowing only a late first period tally by the visitors.
