LCCVI track athletes rack up 11 wins in CK Relays

Tyler McGrail and Hunter Mitchell won two events each at the CK Relays in Chatham.
McGrail prevailed in the senior boys’ 110 metre hurdles and senior boys’ triple jump and Mitchell took first place in both the novice boys’ 100 and 300 metre hurdles.
Elsewhere, Charlie Shaw was first in the senior boys’ 1500 metre event,
Hunter Duncan won the junior boys’ 300 metre hurdles, while Hunter Campbell captured the junior boys’ discus.
James Grant crossed the finish line first in the novice boys’ 1500 metre race.
On the girls’ side, LCCVI athletes won three events. Rachel Metcalfe took top honours in the junior girls’ 300 metre hurdles and Regan Jacklin and Abby Wallace won the junior girls’ and senior girls’ javelin respectively.
