LCCVI celebrates the Class of 2026
The beef brings them to Alvinston

If you cook beef, they will come.
The Lambton Cattlemens’ Association packed the Brooke-Alvinston-Inwood Community Centre Aug. 2 for the annual Beef Barbecue.
Officials say upwards of 1,300 tickets for eat in and take out meals were sold this year with attendance rebounding to pre-pandemic levels.
The money raised by the barbecue is given back to the community supporting organizations such as 4H Clubs, fairs and local food banks.
There are about 200 commercial beef farmers in Lambton County.
