OPP look for two after stolen car abandoned near Thedford

Lambton OPP say two people who stole a vehicle in London evaded custody.

On Wednesday evening, the OPP was dispatched to an address on Kerwood Road near Thedford for an abandoned vehicle.

Police say the vehicle had been stolen in London and a short time later was seen in Lambton. Lambton OPP tried to stop the vehicle but it fled. It was later located using GPS.

The Canine Unit and the Emergency Response Team went to search for the two people who fled on foot. They were not able to find them.
