U15 East Lambton Eagles win North American Silver Stick

The U15 East Lambton Eagles are International Silver Stick Champions.

The team did not lose a game, including beating the Hampton Roads Virginia Whalers 5-2 at the Forest Final Sunday afternoon to claim the title.

East Lambton started the tournament with a 9-2 win over the Highland Storm Friday, then a couple hours later, beat Arran Elderside 4-3.

Saturday, The Eagles faced Hampton Roads and won 2-1 in a tight game. That afternoon, they dominated the Sturgeon Lake Thunder, 7-2.

East Lambton’s 3-0 record earned the team a spot in the final.

In the final, East Lambton scored first and never trailed in the game. The Eagles scored two of their five goals shorthanded.

2027 IPM finds its new home near Petrolia
