Petrolia Oilers U18 B International Silver Stick champs

The Petrolia U18 B Oilers are International Silver Stick Champions.

The team beat South Huron 2-1 in overtime to take the title Sunday in Forest. It was a bit of revenge for the Oilers, who lost to the Sabres 1-0 in the first game of the tournament Friday.

Petrolia bounced back in a matter of hours, beating Kemptville 3-2 later that day.

Saturday, the Oilers started the day with a win over Elmvale, but then lost to the South Muskoka Bears 3-1.

Sunday morning, Petrolia took on South Muskoka again, but this time beat them 4-0 in the semi final to set up the 2-1 final victory Sunday afternoon.
