Seven injured in weekend crash on Highway 40

Seven people were injured in a weekend accident in St. Clair Township.
Around 5:15 pm Sunday, St. Clair Township Fire, Lambton OPP, and paramedics from both Lambton and Chatham-Kent were called to a head-on collision north of Bentpath Line on Highway 40.
Seven people were taken to hospital with what police say were non-life-threatening injuries.
Highway 40 was closed four four hours between Bentpath and White Line as first responders helped the accident victims and investigated.
Police have yet to lay charges.
