Flyers fall to Essex before a record high Petrolia crowd

Lucas Rogers had the Petrolia Flyers’ only goal as the Essex73s took game two of the Western Conference final Sunday.
A record 827 fans packed the Greenwood Recreation Centre for the Sunday night game.
The 73’s scored six unanswered goals before Rogers scored off the stick of Austin Harper.
Ethan Everaert and Elijah Grant faced a total of 38 shots Sunday.
The Flyers are now 0-2 in the series. It resumes in Essex Tuesday at 730 pm.
