Aamjiwnaang residents celebrated Summer Solstice and Solidarity Day with the annual Pow Wow.
Chief Janelle Nahmabin, above, leads the grand entry on Saturday carrying an eagle staff to kick off the 62nd annual event June 21, which is also National Indigenous Peoples Day.
Talon White-Eye was the head male dancer for the Aamjiwnaang Pow Wow, below. He served as a role model for the all of the 322 registered dancers.
