Lambton Public Health looking for dog owner

Lambton Public Health is seeking information about the location of
a dog and its owner following a dog bite incident that occurred at the Pontiac Court
Apartments’ parking lot, Sarnia at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The victim
was petting the dog during the incident.
The dog is described as a brownish/brindle cane corso/mastiff mix named Frankie that
was being walked by a man.
