Emmett Rolph’s hat trick helped LCCVI skate away with a convincing 10-0 win over Great Lakes in their first game of the LKSSAA senior boys hockey season on Monday.

The Lancers jumped out to a 3-0 lead after the first period on goals by Rolph, Jace Hall, and Issac Disher.

Rolph netted his second goal of the game to extend LCCVI’s lead to four before the flood.

Hall, Seth Highfield, Rolph, Sam Hayter, Tanner Rops, and Disher found the back of the net for the Lancers in a dominant third period to give them their first win of the season.

Hayden Baresich, Disher, Hall, and Hayter finished the game with multiple points.

LCCVI plays their first home game on Wednesday afternoon against Northern Collegiate at Greenwood Arena. Puck drop is at 2:00 pm.
