Two Ontario men face charges after alleged immigration fraud at Lambton College

Pilot escapes with minor injuries after crash near Chris Hadfield Airport

A 21-year-old pilot from Orillia escaped with cuts and bruises after a plane crash Friday.
Sarnia Police and paramedics were called to Michigan Line and Blackwell Road for a plane crash around 9:30 pm. The pilot was able to get out of the plane’s wreckage through the windshield after impact.
Police found the pilot with a motorist who had stopped to help.
The woman, the only person in the plane, was treated at the scene and later in the hospital for cuts and bruises.
The airplane, a Cessna 172N, had taken off from the Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre.
Transport Canada is investigating.
